Open the "Kru"(Pit)

Luangpu Sook's amulets open at kru(at the main buddha statue) Krongkhom in B.E.2520 and continue for several years. There are mass amount of amulet and many thai experience collectors have collected since then. Some even bought hundreds of these amulets. 10 years ago, one of thailand amulet magazine open the market and sell these amulet the first seller.

The roof of this kru got a hole and the rain leak inside. There are 2 class of space made inside the gru. The small top class amulets look clean by the rain. For the large buttom kru, the amulet filled with sands like PhraSomdej Barngkhunphrom by Somdej Toh, same as shown in the website. ( The buyer can easy clean with water and small brush. I just leave them the way they are from kru and let customers decide after they take. For me i do leave them original from kru like Barngkhunphrom. This is really up to your decission. :) There are around 5,000 amulets from this kru.

The temple found other kru again in B.E.2524 febuary-march infront of the ordation hall, actually was a burglar who discovered it. They have steal several from the pagoda at night time and the temple have to repair this pagoda in B.E.2524. During the repair they found the kru, and there were 100,000 approximately of Luangpu Sook's amulets founded. All these amulets were rent out before the wind blow. Again in B.E.2548, but not that much compare to the last time. Actually, it's like they've buried all around the temple.

( PhraSomdej Bailarn black skin can see "bai sree" >0< flowers set, skin of grey-black colour. The amulet skin will found the black spot colour and from old kru can easy tell. The white PhraSomdej will bend curve a little due to the ittijay powder materials, both type some several amulets can see the finger print which is handmade pump out from the mould. The skin is dry for 100 years old amulets, some have sand/clay sticked depend where they put the amulet in the kru. I have compare with PhraSomdej WatPhrasarth B.E.2506, can tell the different, Luangpu Sook's amulet have very much dry skin. These amulets are one best collection and i do recommend. )
