Jatukarm Ramathep is an old belief from the south part of Thailand. Made by many famous monks and temples. About the old king as Narai(Vishnu)'s avatar. Which is same with Buddha. In other words, Jatukarm Ramathep is the blessing of Buddha and Narayana. The same to Saturday Buddha with Mucalinda(King of Naga) blessing on top.
